Appointment & Office Policies

At Expressions Dental™, we believe that clarity and good communication are the keys to a kind and respectful relationship. To make sure your dental appointments is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would like to give an overview of our office policy.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming dental appointment. To help you remember, we send out reminder emails to you 1 month and 1 week before a scheduled appointment, as well as make confirmation calls. Even though we will make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that you will be at your appointment.

There are many times when our patients need emergency or urgent treatment and thus need an appointment as early as possible. When patients provide the clinic advance notice to re-book a scheduled appointment, the scheduled time, can, in turn, be made available to those patients who are in urgent need of treatment. In this way, our general dentists can meet the needs and demands of every patient.

Keeping in mind the special needs, please allow at least 3 business days notice to reschedule an appointment.
